When will my order ship?

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please note that international orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

What is your return policy (Canada & U.S.)?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items shipped within Canada and the U.S.

What makes an item eligible for return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage.

Who covers return shipping and fees?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A $10 CAD restocking fee is deducted from approved returns.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (no restocking fee).

What if my package is lost?

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help right away. After verification with the carrier, a replacement or refund may be issued.
