Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Canada Post, Stallion Express, or other carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Customs & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer once the package has left Canada.
