We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Canada & United States Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items shipped within Canada and the United States.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A $10 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
If the return conditions or restocking fee are not accepted, the return will not be authorized.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only (minus the restocking fee).
Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
International Orders
At this time, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aniraservice@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to the original method of payment. No restocking fee applies.
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at serviceanira@gmail.com. Once verified with the shipping carrier, a replacement or refund may be issued.
