Returns (Canada & U.S.)

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items shipped within Canada and the United States.

• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached, and show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• A $10 CAD restocking fee is deducted from all approved returns. If the return conditions or restocking fee are not accepted, the return will not be authorized.

• Approved returns are issued as store credit only (minus the restocking fee). Store credit does not expire.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method (no restocking fee).

• Jewelry is final sale. If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
